WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the Family Court Division's staffing agreements with certain school districts in connection with the division's Prevention, Advocacy, and Supervision in Schools Program; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2000 Grant Fund:
