BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2002 Grant Fund be made to cover the grant from the Missouri Arts Council to provide for interpretive talent for the Missouri Town Fall Festival of Arts, Crafts and Music:
