BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1995 Health Fund to cover the cost of the death investigation seminar, funded through charges to participants, sponsored by the Medical Examiner's Office:
