Body
WHEREAS, the City of Sibley desires to enter into an agreement with the County for Animal Control Services; and,
WHEREAS, the County has provided and desires to continue to provide to the City certain Animal Control Services for specified compensation; and,
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has now requested that the attached Agreement for Animal Control Services with the City of Sibley, be approved; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement for Animal Control Services with the City of Sibley.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
