BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:

The 20 ± acres are located at the southeast corner of Colbern Road and Corn Road and more specifically described as:

All that part of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼, Section 26, Township 48 North, Range 30 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Jackson County, Missouri. BEING more PARTICULARLY described as follows: COMMENCING at the East ¼ corner of aforesaid Section 26-48-30; thence with the East line of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼, Section 26-48-30 S01?53'38"W, 1322.82' to the Northeast corner of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of said section; thence with the North line thereof N88?03'21"W, 559.60' to the POINT of BEGINNING; thence continuing with said North line N88?03'21"W, 751.86' to the Northwest corner of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼, of said Section 26-48-30; thence with the West line thereof S01?53'04"W, 574.88'; thence leaving said West line S87?58'54"E, 751.85'; thence N01?53'04"E, 575.85' back to the POINT of BEGINNING and All that part of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼, Section 26, Township 48 North, Range 30 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Jackson County, Missouri: BEING more PARTICULARLY described as follows, COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of the Southeast ¼ of the ...
