Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:

DESCRIPTION: A 5 ñ acre tract of land generally located 2/10 of a mile west of Borgman Road on the north side of Missouri State Route FF and more specifically a tract of land in Section 7, Township 49, Range 29, Jackson County, Missouri;

Beginning at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 7, thence along the Section line, 330.00 fee to the true point of beginning; thence N89-58-20E, along the Section line, 210.00 feet; thence N00-27-26E, 575.28 feet; thence S39-58-20W, 539.84 feet to a point on the half section line; 269.50 feet; thence N89-58-20E, 276.26 feet; thence S09-30-35E, 310.00 feet to the true point of beginning.


Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Von Brotherton (RZ-98-134), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on December 17, 1998, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
