WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1999 Federal Forfeiture Fund is necessary to purchase equipment to be used in conjunction with the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department's Alert II Computer System for the Prosecutor's Officer; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 1999 Federal Forfeiture Fund:
