BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:

Description: A 6 ± acre tract of land approximately ¼ ± of mile west of Buckner Tarsney Road on the north side of Major Road and specifically described as a part of the northwest quarter of Section 14 and a part of the northeast quarter of Section 15 all in Township 48, Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri described as follows: beginning at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of said Section 14; thence north 87 degrees, 33 minutes, 13 seconds west along the south line of the northeast quarter of said Section 15, 331.17 feet; thence north 01 degrees, 55 minutes, 54 seconds east, 400.01 feet; thence south 87 degrees, 33 minutes, 13 seconds east, 658.41 feet; thence south 01 degrees, 58 minutes, 37 seconds west, 400.00 feet to a point on the south line of the northwest quarter of said Section 14; thence north 88 degrees, 29 minutes, 56 seconds west along said line, 326.92 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 6.04 acres, more or less and subject to any easements.
