WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 Park Fund and an appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 1996 Grant Fund are necessary to cover the funding received from the Missouri Department of Conservation for a tree inventory project, and the transfer of matching funds; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation transfer within the 1996 Park Fund and be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1996 Grant Fund be and hereby are made:
