Body
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Justice has granted permission to extend the time for completion of expenditures authorized by the Drug Court Enhancement Grant project, through June 30, 2001; and,
WHEREAS, this extension will allow for time to support daily operations and expenses for the Judge Mason Center; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2001 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover lease expenses for the Judge Mason Center, at a rate of $4,837.69 per month; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 2001 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
