Body
WHEREAS, the Personnel Department has conducted and participated in various salary surveys of local municipalities in order to determine whether Jackson County's salaries are in line with those of others as to management positions; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the salary ranges of certain County non-merit management positions were considerably lower than those surveyed; and,
WHEREAS, an adjustment in the existing salary ranges for these non-merit positions is warranted; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that Schedules I, II, and III to Chapter 2, Jackson County Code, be amended as follows:SCHEDULE I
