BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: The 10+ acres tract of land generally located « mile west of Gibson Road on the south side of Drinkwater Road legally described as:

That part of the West « of the North 25 acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 47, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows; Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, thence South 88 degrees 04 minutes 45 seconds West along the North line thereof a distance of 927.73 feet to the true point of beginning, thence South 0 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 350.00 feet, thence North 88 degrees 04 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 264.00 feet to the East line of the West « of the North 25 acres of said quarter quarter section, thence South 0 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds East along said East line a distance of 476.22 feet to the Southeast corner of said West « of the North 25 acres, thence South 88 degrees 04 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of 663.29 feet to the Southwest corner of said West « of the North 25 acres, thence North 0 degrees 03 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of 826.27 feet to the Northwest corner of said quarter quarter section, thence North 88 degrees 04 minutes 45 seconds Ea...
