Body
WHEREAS, Jackson County, the City of Blue Springs, and the Little Blue Valley Sewer District desire to share the costs of the professional engineering services of Black and Veatch Consulting Engineers associated with the development of the Sni-A-Bar Watershed Wastewater Treatment Plant Feasibility Study; and,

WHEREAS, this study is beneficial to the County in analyzing future needs for sanitary sewer services; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1995 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover Jackson County's share of the costs of the study; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,


BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1995 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
