BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
A 17.3 ñ acre tract of land generally located in the northeast corner of Koger Road and Hunter Road specifically described:

All that part of the South One-Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 51 North, Range 30 West, Jackson County, Missouri being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 31; Thence N03 09'36"E along the East line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 31, a distance of 40.00 feet to the North right-of-way line of Hunter Road.
