Body
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 4061, dated November 17, 2008, certain funds were available and earmarked for capital improvements, including the renovations to the Division 32 Court Room; and,
WHEREAS, the work will be performed by outside contractors as well as in house personnel; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2009 General Fund be and hereby is made:
