Body
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 5696, dated November 21, 2022, the County entered into an agreement with Manatron, Inc., dba Aumentum Technologies of Niagara Falls, NY per RFP 53-22 for implementation and hosting of upgraded tax software; and,

WHEREAS, the Department of Collection recommends the authorization of four change orders for additional services with Manatron, Inc., dba Aumentum Technologies under the current contract as indicated below in which Jackson County will be billed:
1. The amount of $8,196.00 for and every month prior to Go-Live at which point Jackson County is billed according to the terms outlined in the Master Agreement, MO2018.001SCH201;
2. The amount of $25,220.00 for Aumentum to either create a new API, or modify an existing API, to provide Values and Tax Authorities for a tax bill. This API will be used by the payment vendor;
3. No additional charge for Public Access site to Display Official Aumentum Receipts showing all account details;
4. No additional charge to include additional account details on the Public Access site for improved customer experience.

WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds required for these change orders in the appropriate spending account; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2025 General Fund:
