Body
WHEREAS, the County desires to provide environmental services pertaining to animal control; and,
WHEREAS, Unity Village desires the County to provide said services; and,
WHEREAS, such services are in accordance with the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri; and,
WHEREAS, such services are mutually agreed as specified in the attached agreement; and,
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has now requested that the attached agreement for Animal Control Services with Unity Village, Missouri, be approved; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement for Animal Control Services with Unity Village, Missouri.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
