WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 Assessment Fund to cover the cost of purchasing 15 pentium computers for the Assessment Department; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends such transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 1996 Assessment Fund be and hereby is made:
