Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded an OSCA Domestic Relations Resolution Fund (DRRF) Mediation grant in the amount of $10,000.00 by the Missouri Office of the State Courts Administrator, for the 2026 fiscal year, with an additional fund amount of $5,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the Family Court Committee of the Supreme Court of Missouri, through the Office of State Courts Administrator is awarding funding to Missouri Circuit Courts for the creation and implementation of domestic relations programs; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2026 Grant Fund:
