IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE vacating Lot 1 within the subdivision plat Brotherton-Olds Acres. Intro ORDINANCE 2728, September 8, 1997 INTRODUCED BY Fred Arbanas, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, Daniel Brotherton owns Lot 1 within the subdivision plat Brotherton-Olds Acres and has requested that it be vacated; and, WHEREAS, the legal description for the lot in question is as follows: Description: Brotherton-Olds Acres subdivision is generally located at the northwest corner of Truman Road and Borgman Road lying in Section 7, Township 49, Range 29 in Jackson County, Missouri. WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 21, 1997, the Jackson County Plan Commission took up Mr. Brotherton s request and voted to recommend the vacation; and, WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the County that Lot 1 be vacated; therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Lot 1 within the subdivision plat Brotherton-Olds Acres, be and hereby is vacated. Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
