Body
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 10934, dated August 21, 1995, enter into a contract with DECO Construction Company of Kansas City, MO, in the actual amount of $73,520.00, for the Ryan Road Improvements, Project No. 2318; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed Change Order No. 1 (final), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is necessary to adjust the contract plan quantities to as-built quantities, and said change order will result in an increase of $1,904.00 in the contract amount; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Change Order No. 1 (final) to the aforesaid contract is approved and the Director of Public Works is authorized to execute the change order on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
