Body
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1999 General Fund is necessary to cover additional salary expenditures for the Records Department; and,

WHEREAS, the proposed expenditures would fund 11 new positions, including two centralized cashiers, but excluding two public information specialist positions which had been proposed previously; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 1999 General Fund:DEPARTMENT/DIVISION CHARACTER/DESCRIPTION FROM TO
