WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to cover the Father - Child Relationship Enhancement grant for the Family Court Division funded by the University of Missouri, Kansas City Institute for Human Development ; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2000 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
