BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "LB" (Local Business) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District LB a tract of land described as follows:
Description: The 2.7 ñ acre tract is located at the southwest corner of Missouri A-A Highway and Graham Ridge Road and more specifically described as beginning at a point 290 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 48, Range 30; in Jackson County, Missouri, thence South and parallel to the west line of said 1/4 of 1/4 Section, 370 feet; thence East 344.83 feet; thence North 370 feet; thence West 346.3 feet to the point of beginning aka 1 3 60 S.E. AA Highway.

Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Louise K. (Sue) Richardson (RZ-97-065), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on May 15, 1997, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
