WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Prospect Bridge Project, No. 2139-2, to relocate certain waterline facilities; and,
WHEREAS, to effect this relocation, the County and the City of Kansas City, Missouri, have negotiated the attached agreement, with costs to be paid by the City of Kansas City, Missouri; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the County...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
