Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 55-96 for the lease of certain county parks for the growing and harvesting of hay; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the only three bids thereon bids from the following:

Fleming Park Donald Vogt 25% Hay
Blue Springs, MO
Fleming Park William Weekley 21.5% Hay
Buckner, MO
Fleming Park Ray Bazley 20% Hay
Lone Jack, MO
and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Donald Vogt of Blue Springs, MO, for the reason that he has submitted the highest and best bid; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
