WHEREAS, the Jewish Heritage Foundation has awarded $23,780.00 as an additional grant to the Family Court Division for the CPC-Jewish Heritage Foundation project which supplements the Child Protection Center Project grant; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation of the $23,780.00 is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending accounts for use by the Family Court Division; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2005 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
