BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
A 19.5 ñ acre tract of land generally located « mile west of Koger Road on the south side of Happy Hollow Road and specifically described:

All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 50, Range 31, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 12; thence along the South line of said Northeast Quarter, North 88 degrees, 27 minutes, 20 seconds West, 1324.25 feet (deed = South 89 degrees, 52 minutes, 47 seconds West, 1324.35 feet), to the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Northeast Quarter; thence continuing along the South line of said Northeast Quarter, North 88 degrees, 27 minutes, 20 seconds West (deed - North 89 degrees, 52 minutes, 47 seconds East), 333.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the South line of said Northeast Quarter, North 88 degrees, 27 minutes, 20 seconds West, 731.4 feet to a point 259.10 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence parallel to the West line of said Northeast Quarter, North 02 degrees, 30 minutes, 20 seconds East, 577.2 feet (deed= North 00 degrees, 03 minutes, 59 seconds East, 577.48 feet); thence parallel to the South...
