BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Unified Development Code of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 10.45 ± acre tract of land generally located at the northwest corner of Perrin Road and Happy Hollow Road and specifically described as:

A tract of land being in the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest (1/4) of Section 21, Township 50, Range 31 in Jackson County, Missouri described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) thence South 89 Degrees 08 Minutes 17 Seconds West 449.26 Feet along the South Line of said Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Northwest Quarter (1/4) to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Cranberry Acres a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri; thence North 00 Degrees 13 Minutes 48 Seconds West parallel with the West line of said Northwest Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest (1/4) 230.00 Feet along said Lot 1; thence North 54 Degrees 26 Minutes 06 Seconds West 388.34 Feet, continuing along said Lot 1; thence South 88 Degrees 26 Minutes 12 Seconds West 50.00 Feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; Thence North 00 Degrees 13 Minutes 48 Seconds West 339.58 Feet to a point on the South line of a 160 feet easement to Kansas City Power and Light (Doc. 900402), Thence South 79 Degrees 45 Minutes 07 Seconds East along said South line 829.89 Feet (De...
