Body
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Commission recommends extending the agreement with The Curators of the University of Missouri until September 30, 1996, in an amount not to exceed $13,000; and,
WHEREAS, the current agreement with The Curators of the University of Missouri expires on June 16, 1996; and,
WHEREAS, to add funding for Cultural Diversity Training, an extension of the current agreement until September 30, 1996, is needed; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is hereby authorized to enter into the attached Addendum to the Agreement, with The Curators of the University of Missouri, in an amount not to exceed $13,000; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement, and the addendum thereto.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
