BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
A 20.03ñ acre tract of land at the northeast corner of Holloway and Murphy School Road being all that part of the SE ¬, NW ¬, Section 12, Township 49, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri being described as follows: Commencing at the SW Corner of the NW ¬, said Section 12, Township 49, Range 30, thence S 88§ - 57'-53", along the south line of said NW ¬, 1325.76 feet to the SW Corner of the East «, NW ¬, said Section 12-T.49-R.30, said SW Corner being the point of beginning of the tract to be described herein, thence N 00§-50'58" E, along the west line of said east «, NW ¬, and the centerline of Murphy School Road, 1187.00 feet; thence S 88§-57'-53" E, parallel with the south line of said NW ¬, 733.99 feet; thence S 00§-45'-21" W, parallel with the east line of said NW ¬, 1187.00 feet to the south line of said NW ¬; thence N 88§-57'53" W, along said south line and the centerline of Holloway Road, 735.93 feet to the point of beginning, subject to that part now being used for road right-of-way purposes.

Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Orville Crow (RZ-96-046), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this...
