Body
WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has recommended a Cooperative Agreement with the National Center for Fathering to continue to provide fathering training classes and one-on-one mentoring sessions to participants in the Jackson County Drug Court, at a cost to the County not to exceed $35,000.00 for the period of January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute a Cooperative Agreement with the National Center for Fathering, in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on this Agreement.




Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
