Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 17475, dated January 24, 2011, the Legislature did authorized the transfer of one-half of the budgeted Anti-Drug Sales Tax funds for anti-drug prevention programs and services provided by the Jackson County Family Court; and,
WHEREAS, the Drug Commission now recommends that the remaining balance of $20,000.00 allocated to the Family Court anti-drug program be transferred; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; and,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2011 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
