Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Detention Center has a need to cover the costs for inmate clothing for use at the East Campus located 7000 E. U.S. 40 Highway; and,
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Detention Center has a need to cover the moving costs to move items from the Downtown Detention Center to East Campus; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of funds within the 2026 County Improvement Fund is necessary to place such funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
