BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A certain 22.1 ± acres located at the northwest corner of Buckner Tarsney Road (BB Highway) and Oakland School Road and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 49 North, Range 30 West in Jackson County, Missouri, said point being in the intersection of Buckner Tarsney Road (State Highway B-B) with Oakland School Road; thence North 01 degrees 48 minutes 52 seconds East (this bearing and all following bearings being based on Grid North as established by Missouri State Plan Coordinate system and referenced to Station JA-03), 40.00 feet; thence North 88 degrees 36 minutes 32 seconds West along a line parallel with the South line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 3, a distance of 40.52 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being the intersection of the West Right of Way of Buckner Tarsney Road with the North Right of Way line of Oakland School Road; thence continue along the North Right of Way line of Oakland School Road (40.00 feet from the center line thereof) said Right of Way line being parallel to the South line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 3, a distance of 1168.88 feet; thence North 01 degrees 35 minutes 54 seconds East, 575.78 feet; thence No...
