Body
WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Transportation proposes to widen Missouri Highway 7 in between Moreland School Road and Wyatt Road; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of this section of highway lies within unincorporated Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, the attached agreement outlines the State's and Jackson County's responsibilities with regard to the highway after completion of the project; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached Agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
