Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office has a need for facility and equipment repairs and upgrades to its offices located at the Downtown Kansas City Courthouse using surplus funds within its 2015 budget; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the necessary funds in the proper spending accounts; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 2015 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
