WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the Family Court Division's Kidsafe Child Protection Center Supplement grant received from the Heart of America United Way; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2003 Grant Fund:
