BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR-p" (Residential Ranchette - Planned Development) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR-p, a tract of land described as follows:

The 64.6 ± acres are located approximately ½ mile ± south of Pink Hill Road on the east side of Howell Road and specifically described as a tract of land located in the Northeast and Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 49 North, Range 30 West, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows:
Description: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, LLEWELLYN ACRES, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof; THENCE North 88 degrees 27 minutes 47 seconds West , along the North line of said Lot 1 and the extension thereof, a distance of 291.37 feet to the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Northeast Quarter; THENCE North 01 degrees 28 minutes 52 seconds East, along said West line, a distance of 711.99 feet; THENCE South 88 degrees 28 minutes 36 seconds East a distance of 1366.91 feet, to the East line of said Northeast Quarter; THENCE South 01 degrees 26 minutes 24 seconds West, along said East line, a distance of 832.30 feet, to the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; THENCE South 01 degrees ...
