WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1999 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to provide funding for a cooperative project with the Parks and Recreation Department to replace a water line servicing the Jackson County Sheriff's Department; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1999 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
