BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "RR-p" (Residential Ranchette - Planned Development) District, the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, and the "A" (Agricultural) District so that there will be transferred from District RR-p and District RE to District RA, a tract of land described as follows:

A tract of land located in the Northeast and Southeast quarters of Section 24, Township 49 North, Range 30 West of the 5th Principle Meridian, Jackson County, Missouri being described as follows: Commencing at a found 3/8" bar at the Northeast corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 24, T49N, R30W, per certified land corner document number 600-30353; THENCE South 01 degrees 26 minutes 08 seconds West along the East line of the Northeast quarter of said section 24, a distance of 1810.07 feet, to the Point of Beginning of the herein described tract of land; THENCE South 01 degrees 26 minutes 08 seconds West, continuing along the said East line, a distance of 832.13 feet, to a found ½" bar at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 24, T49N, R30W, per certified land corner document number 600-64204; THENCE South 01 degrees 42 minutes 19 secon...
