WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has certain personal property, further described and itemized in the list attached hereto marked as Exhibit "A", which is incorporated herein that has become obsolete; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing recommends that said property be declared surplus; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the property from the Department of Public Works, further described and itemized in the list attached hereto marked as Exhibit "A", be declared surplus, and that the Director of Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code, 1984.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
