WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1995 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the costs of the renovation of office space for the Sheriff's Department's Investigative Division; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1995 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
