WHEREAS, a transfer within and an appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 1996 General Fund are necessary to cover the cost of moving files from the Criminal Justice Building to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office's Family Support Division's new location; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer and appropriation; therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within and appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1996 General Fund:
