A RESOLUTION rescinding Resolution 11100, dated January 2, 1996, and authorizing the County Executive to execute a temporary easement conveyance, a permanent drainage easement conveyance, and a conveyance of right of way instrument in favor of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, conveying rights-of-way, permanent drainage easements, and temporary construction easements for the Prospect Bridge Project, No. 2139-2.

Body
WHEREAS, in connection with the Prospect Road Bridge Project, No. 2139-2, it is necessary that certain real property in the Blue River Parkway be conveyed to the City of Kansas City; and,
WHEREAS, the County will be paid $66,900 for this property, to be debited from the City's CURS account; and,
WHEREAS, the attached conveyance instruments (Temporary Easement, Permanent Drainage Easement, and Conveyance of Right of Way) are necessary to effect the conveyance of this property; and,
WHEREAS, the conveyance instrument for these properties previously authorized by Resolution 11100, dated January 2, 1996, was in an improper form, such that it is appropriate that that Resolution be rescinded; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Temporary Easement conveyance, the attached Permanent Drainage Easement conveyance and the attached Conveyance of Right of Way instruments in favor of the City of Kansas City, Missouri; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is authorized to debit the City's CURS account and credit a Park Fund account the sum of $66,900; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution 11100, dated January 2, 1996, be and hereby is rescinded.
