BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
A 10 ñ acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of Missouri Route F and J.W. Cummins Road and more specifically described as: That part of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 48, Range 29, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point at the southwest corner of Section 21, Township 48, Range 29, Thence east 660 feet along the south line of said Section 21, Township 48, Range 29, Thence North 660 feet, thence west 660 feet to the west line of Section 21, Township 48, Range 29, Thence south 660 feet along the west line of said Section 21, Township 48, Range 29, to the point of beginning, in Jackson County, Missouri except that part in roads subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and covenants of any record.



Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Glen Williams (RZ-99-159), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on August 19, 1999, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
