WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 37-01 for the furnishing of inmate clothing for use by the Corrections Department; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Purchasing Director recommends the contract be divided and awarded to the vendors submitting the lowest bid for each item; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in the estimated amounts for the respective vendors as follows:
