Body
WHEREAS, the County desires to provide environmental services pertaining to food establishment inspections, on-site sewage disposal, and animal control services for specified fees payable to the County; and,
WHEREAS, the cities of Buckner, Grain Valley, Greenwood, Lone Jack and Sugar Creek, MO, desire the County to continue providing the above listed services; and,
WHEREAS, these services are in accordance with the provisions of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the extension and renewal of the attached environmental services contracts with the cities of Buckner, Grain Valley, Greenwood, Lone Jack and Sugar Creek, MO, be and hereby are approved.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
