IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI
Title
AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from A (Agricultural) to RR (Residential Ranchette), a certain 25 + acre tract and approving the preliminary plat "Welborn Estates," creating a four-lot residential subdivision.

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:

A 25 + acre tract of land generally located less than 1/2 mile south of Mo Hwy. 150 on the south and west side of Harris Road, more specifically described as part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 36, Township 47, Range 31 in Jackson County, beginning at the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 36, aforesaid, and running thence west 1327 feet to the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 36 thence north, along the west line of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 36,860 feet to a point on the approximate centerline of Harris Road, thence east, along the approximate centerline of Harris Road and an extension thereof to a point on the east line of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 36, thence south, along the east line of said 1/4 section 800 feet to the point of beginning.




Section 2. The preliminary plat "Welborn Estates," creating a four-lot residential subdivision is hereby approved.
