Body
WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the County Hardsaw Road # 3 Culvert Replacement, Project (No. 2358), to acquire a permanent drainage easement over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of Rex D. and Mary Ann Luchtel, in the amount of $300.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to convey said easement, and to settle the claim for damages and have executed a conveyance in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $300.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $300.00 in the names of Rex D. and Mary Ann Luchtel, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
